Use the rope on the sewer pipe and go talk with edmond. Now, go back to the pipe and search it. Youre now in West Ardougne.
Find Jethick on the main square where you are now, and talk with him. Be sure to have the picture with you. Head north from the main square to find the Rehnison house. They wont let you get in, but since you have the book, you will get in.
