There should be a few different companies near where you live that can get you forklift certified rather quickly. Near major cities or places where forklift certification is an on going even, classes can run anywhere from weekly to monthly. Participating in an OSHA approved class is the only way to get forklift certified in the United States. Sometimes, if your company is large enough, you can have a forklift certification class right in your own company. Of course if there is only one person that needs certification, it is doubtful an instructor will come to you. Rather, you will need to go to the class where ever it may be.
